Rohit Singh is Serenity ALC’s Founder and Managing Director, with vast expertise in sales and marketing. Mr. Singh has been maintaining sobriety for 15 plus years. He graduated from Symbiosis, Pune, with an MBA degree, and he is certified in motivational interviewing and addiction management from the National Institute of Mental Health and Neuroscience in Bangalore. He also holds a personal counseling certification from the Institute of Human Technology in Mumbai. Apart from having experience of recovering from substance abuse, Mr. Singh brings over two decades of corporate experience to the table. He has experience working for companies including Citibank, ITC, NTT Data, Sonata Software. Kaspersky, Bahwan Group, and KPIT.

Puja is the Co-Founder and Director of SERENITY ALC. Puja possesses a Ph.D. in Botany and has more than ten years of experience in research and academia. Her most recent position was Associate Professor at SNDT Women’s University in Mumbai. Puja is also proficient in child psychology, which was the focus of her M.Ed. research project as well. Her scholarly accomplishments include botany related research articles published in various national and international publications, as well as paper presentations at national and international conferences. She received the award for Best presentation on “Environmental Issue” at the 2015 National Conference on Environmental Challenges and Solutions.

Dr. Prabhakar is a homeopathic doctor with 39 years of experience. He has a private practice in Mumbai and is affiliated with private hospitals as well. His experience in treatment of substance use disorder spans 37 years. Dr. Devadiga oversaw the Psychiatric ward at Shri Mumbadevi Hospital for 22 years. Dr. Prabhakar has been associated with Smt. CMP Homeopathic Medical college as Professor and HOD for the Department of Organon. Dr. Devadiga has extensive experience in managing and treating substance use disorder using a multidisciplinary approach, and advocates for lifestyle modifications for a healthy and happier life. He has also been actively involved in research, including a notable work that received the best paper presentation on “Drug Abuse” at the HOPE international symposium.

Om Prakash Kanojia has been a yoga practitioner for four decades and a passionate Yoga Coach for the last 29 years. Mr. Kanojia specializes in developing tailored yoga programs that lead to good life activities for those suffering from substance misuse and other medical issues. His programs incorporate aspects of yoga, pranayama and meditation depending on clients physical, psychological and emotional needs. Mr. Kanojia conducted yoga classes for Reliance Industries for 17 years. Mr. Kanojia has also offered his services to Non-Profit organizations such as Indian Association for promotion of Adoption and Child Welfare.

Dr. Dharini Devadiga is a homeopathic physician with 38 years of experience who has a private practice in Mumbai. She has over 15 years of expertise in treatment of alcohol and drug recovery, specializing in detoxification and counselling. Dr. Dharini’s holistic therapeutic approach for substance misuse includes yoga, meditation, nutritional modification, medication, personal counselling, and relationship counselling.

Dr. Jawahar Shah is a physician, philanthropist and enthusiastic technocrat. Dr. Shah earned his MD in homeopathy and has over 45 years of clinical expertise. He specializes in addiction management, bronchial asthma, cancer pain relief, allergies, and more. Dr. Shah is the brainchild behind “HOMPATH,” the world’s largest decision support system for homeopathic doctors. He is a former Member of the Central Council of Homoeopathy, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. Dr. Shah is the recipient of the Dag Hammarskjold International Award for Alternative Medicine for the year 1989. Among Dr. Shah’s major charitable endeavors are his management of COVID-19 and his contribution of over a million immunity booster kits that were created in accordance with Ministry of Ayush, Government of India norms. Mr. Shah successfully organized a worldwide marathon webinar on “Practical Homeopathy,” for which the Indian Prime Minister, Mr. Narendra Modi, expressed his gratitude.

Vinod Panjwani has been clean and sober for 38 years and is a successful entrepreneur. He is a certified recovery coach with The Addiction Academy LLC, USA. Vinod compassionately helps individuals to break free from the cycle of addiction and reclaim their lives. Having received personal counseling training from Heart-to-Heart Counseling Center, he has refined his skills through coaching training with Arfeen Khan and participation in Tony Robbin’s UPW program. Vinod provides personalized support and guidance to clients, empowering them to make positive changes and achieve sustainable sobriety.

Dr. Bhatt obtained his doctorate in science from Mumbai University as well as postgraduate diploma in counseling from the Institute of Healthcare Administration in Chennai. He has worked as a counselor for the past 25 years, having been affiliated with several Mumbai University colleges, such as VJTI, Sardar Patel College of Engineering, KL Raheja College of Architecture, etc. The counselling interventions used by him are Substance Abuse Counselling, Applied Transactional Analysis and Communication Skills training. He has also conducted workshops on soft skills training for corporates and educational institutions, and he has served as a visiting faculty member on communication skills at several management institutes, including Thakur Institute of Management Studies and Research, IES Management Institute, Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies etc;

Tui Sigman brings over a decade of alternative healing expertise to Serenity ALC, focusing on a diverse rehabilitation approach. Since 2013, she’s certified in Transpersonal Regression Therapy from Tasso Institute, Netherlands, Somatic Experiencing® International (SEI), and Clinical Hypnotherapy from Ekaa Institute of Integrated Clinical Hypnotherapy, Mumbai. Tui offers holistic support for addiction recovery, utilizing various modalities: Transpersonal Regression Therapy (Tasso), Hypnotherapy, Meditation & Mindfulness, Quantum Healing, Sound Healing, Breath-Work, Somatic Experiencing, Access Consciousness, Family Constellation, Nervous System Regulation, Reiki, and Yoga. Narendra Kinger is a Senior Clinical Psychologist & Psychotherapist having 38 years of experience in which he has assessed 75,000 plus individuals for their mental health. He has a private practice and is also attached to Hospitals such as Sir HN Reliance Hospital, Mumbai and Holy Family Hospital, Mumbai. Narendra Kinger is the founder trustee of Talk to Me, a Non – Profit organization. He has worked with Harvard University in association with Wockhardt hospital for Mental Health assessment of Mumbai Police which is one of the largest such study on Police Mental Health. With Pune Police Commissionerate he has worked in rehabilitation of over 200 Juvenile children. He has rendered his services to various corporate entities such as Akasa Air, American Oil Exploration Company, Max New York Life Insurance Company, Anglo Eastern shipping company, Jetking etc;

A Science graduate from Mumbai University Mahek also holds a post graduate Diploma in Counselling. Mahek has 18+ years of experience in Counselling and she specializes in Substance Abuse Counselling, Relationship Counselling, Creative Problem Solving, Stress Management, Mental Health Counselling and facilitating Mindset Makeovers. Along with Personal and Group Counselling, she conducts training programs and workshops on various Mental Health and Sexual Health Topics.
Her counselling services are tailor made to fit every client’s unique needs & challenges. Her counselling approaches include Robert Carkhuff model of Counselling, Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Applied Transactional Analysis (TA) and Narrative Therapy. She also conducts Psychological Testing and Analysis. Mahek has been associated as a Counsellor with Jai Hind College, Mumbai as a Counsellor and trainer since the past 15 years and also conducts her private practice. Her corporate experience includes companies such as The Times Group, World Bank, and DEXIS Consulting Group, USA.

Swami Vimal Jha has been a Meditation Coach for 33 years and a certified Hypnotherapist for the last 12 years. Swami Jha comes from a family background steeped in Vedic healing and also Holds a certification in Vedic Healing.

Dr. Rajiv Jerajani is a psychiatrist with over 46 years of clinical practice. In addition to general mental health, he specializes in aiding individuals with substance addictions and or HIV with emotional problems. He has worked for multinational corporations like Wockhardt, L&T, and Air India. Furthermore, Dr. Rajiv Jerajani made scholarly contributions as a visiting faculty member at various medical institutions and others educational institutes such as the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and the Tata Institute of Social Sciences. In addition, he has experience working with Non-Profits and humanitarian causes including UNESCO and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

Dr. M. S. Menon graduated from the Armed Forces Medical College, Poona University and completed his postgraduate studies in Medicine from Institute of Naval Medicine, Bombay University. He completed his post-doctoral Fellowship training in HIV Medicine at the University of South Florida and the Florida-Caribbean AIDS Education and Training Centre, Tampa, Florida, USA.

Dr. Menon served in the Indian Army Medical Corps till 1988 and retired in the rank of Major. Since then, he has worked as a Clinical Cardiologist in addition to providing HIV/AIDS and Addiction Management services at Belle Vue Multispeciality Hospital in Mumbai and other private hospitals in the city. 

The central Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment (MSJE), the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (MOHFW) , the Ministry of Ayush, the UNODC-ROSA (United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, Regional Office for South Asia- New Delhi, Catholic Relief Services( India & International), and the Indian NGO Kripa Foundation (Medicare, training & research work) were among the organizations to which Dr. Menon provided technical consulting in the areas of HIV/AIDS care and drug abuse management through a variety of appointments.

Dr. Menon also served as an International Consultant to the Ministry of Health, Royal Government of Cambodia, in 2009 on a training program on Addiction management and HIV care, sponsored by the UNODC. His scholarly contributions include Cardiology, HIV/AIDS care and Addiction Management related research papers in several national & international publications, national and international conference presentations, the UNODC’s Substance Use Disorder Practitioners Guide publication and serving as a Contributing Editor of CCRH-HIV/AIDS Monograph for the Ministry of Ayush.
